Indenture between Michael Pulteney of Misterton, Leicestershire, and Katherine his wife on the first part, and Thomas Langketon, yeoman, their servant, on the other part, stating the lease to Thomas Langketon of a messuage or tenement with two closes (the arable land now being in use of tillage only excepted) in Walcote, in the tenure or occupation of Thomas Page, for the term of 21 years, paying 26s 8d a year.
Witnesses: Anthony Morgan, Thomas Hussie, Thomas Persons, John Halfepennie, Thomas Taylour and Robert Patche.
