Indenture between Sir Henry Darcy of Leighton Bromswold, Huntingdonshire, and Dame Katherine his wife on the first part, and Joan Willys of Misterton, Leicestershire, widow, late wife of Thomas Willys, deceased, on the second part, stating the lease to Joan Willys of a messuage or tenement in Misterton, with lands [details given] in Misterton and Walcote (Wallcott) in the parish of Misterton, for the term of 40 years, at the yearly rent of 45s.
Witnesses: John Myller, Thomas Cave and Thomas Bryon. On dorse: Misterton: Joan Willins died on 14 Feb 1589[/90] (32 Eliz. I). Mark and seal of Joan Wyllys.
