Indenture between Sir Henry Darcey of Leighton, Huntingdonshire, and Dame Katherine his wife, late the wife of Michael Poultney, deceased, on the first part, and Robert Lucas of Walcote, Leicestershire, yeoman, and Agnes his wife on the other part, stating the lease to Robert and Agnes Lucas of a tenement with lands [details given] in Walcote, including a little close called 'Thorny Closse' near Poultney, for their lives in survivorship at the rent of 13s 4d a year for the tenement and 20s a year for the close.
Witnesses: Edward How, Robert Elmy and others. On dorse: Robert Lucas, his wife died on the 14 April 1590. Marks of Robert and Agnes Lucas and her seal.
