Description

Receipt, indented, by Sir Richard Knightlie, knight, Sir Richard Feins, of Broughton, Oxfordshire, knight, Valentine Knightlie, son and heir of Sir Richard, Hierome Fermor of Burcott, Northamptonshire, esq, Nicholas Fermor of Easton, Northamptonshire, esq, to Gabriel Poulteney of Misterton, Leicestershire, esq, for £250, being the instalment due at fest of the Annunciation of the yearly rent of £500 issuing from tenements in Misterton and Poultney, as per indentures dated 20 February 1589.
