Counterpart of the sale, indented, by Sir John Poultney, knight, to Emor Bilcliffe of Clement's Inn, Middlesex, gent, of the reversion of the manors and tenements in Misterton, Poultney, Claybrooke, Cote and Belgrave in Leicestershire, Shenley and Conley in Hertfordshire, and Holt Hall, Fresley and Polesworth in Warwickshire, as specified in an indenture between Gabriel Poultney, esq, deceased, and Sir William Spencer, knight, Richard Corbett, John Temple, then esq, and Richard Spencer, then esq, dated 26 August 1594. Witnesses: Ralph Sheldon and Simon Ricatson.
