Indenture of covenant, made between the Rt. Hon. Lady Katherine [Stafford], countess dowager of Westmorland, on the one part, and Sir Fulke Grevell and Dame Elizabeth his wife, daughter and heir of Edward Wylloughbye, deceased, son and heir of Sir Robert Wylloughbye, on the other part, concerning the marriage settlement of Fulke Grevell, son and heir apparent of the said Sir Fulke, and Lady Anne Nevell. Among the lands conveyed are the manors of Helpringham, Bicker (Bycar) and Scredington (Skrekyngton), Lincolnshire; the manor of Tytherington (Tedryngton), Gloucestershire; the manor of Hyde Lea (Hyde Coppynghall), Staffordshire, the manors of Frampton and Beckingham (Bekingham), Lincolnshire, and the manors of Kimcote (Kymcote) and Walton, Leicestershire.
Witnesses: H. Rutland, Humphrey Stafford. 2 membranes.
