Letters patent, being an exemplification of a record (dated Hilary term 1568) concerning a memorandum (22 January 1568), referring to a deed brought by Edward, earl of Derby, knight of the garter, to the justices of the Queen's Bench, to be enrolled: grant, dated 7 December 1567, by Edward, earl of Derby, to Hugh Hulme, his servant, of an annuity of 12s for two years, to revoke the uses the earl appointed for lands and manors in Lancashire and Middlesex, in a deed dated 4 October 1565.
