Indenture between William Smith of Winston, Norfolk, on the first part, and Simon Smith of Beccles, Suffolk, and Margaret, his parents, on the second part, recording the sale for £200 to Simon and Margaret Smith of the manor of 'Kyrsted Mynnets' with appurtenances in Norfolk, and lands and tenements with appurtenances in Kirstead, Seething, Langhall, Wheatacre, Burgh, Aldeby, Stockton, Wendling, Winston, Gillingham, Geldeston, Raveningham, Kirby Cane, Ellingham, Oulton, Mettingham and Shipmeadow, in Norfolk and Suffolk.
