Indenture between Francis Gurnay of London, and Sir Owen Smith of Irmingland, Norfolk, stating the sale for £1, 000 to Sir Owen Smith of manors, lands and tenements with appurtenances in Norfolk and Suffolk. Francis Gurnay leased the said manors, lands and tenements by indenture made in date 10 July 1633, for 1 month at the rent of £5 to John Robinson.
Witnesses: Gregory Bootie, B. Founteyn.
Endorsed: memorandum of the attornment by John Robinson, in date 13 July 1633.
