Description

Grant by Agnes Clerke, widow, former wife of John Clerke, of Engate, Suffolk, deceased, and Henry Cherche of Beccles, Thomas Cherches and Robert More, to Thomas Brown of the parish of St. Laurence of Ilketshall, Philip Sowthall, Thomas Ynggott and Robert Neve of Beccles, of a tenement called 'Isakks', with a meadow and an enclosure, in Beccles, that they had from Thomas Asshby of Beccles and Thomas Aleyn, by their deed dated at Engate, 1 July 1506.

Dated at Engate.

Witnesses: John Yuggot, Michael Sibly, Robert Colston, John Grene and others. One seal.
