Grant by Robert Frannceys of Beccles, Suffolk, at the request of William Grene of Beccles, to William Rede of Beccles, William Wright, William Hille, Thomas Burnham and John Boweys, of a parcel of meadow with appurtenances in Beccles, boundaries are listed. The said parcel of meadow was granted to Robert Frannceys and John Cory, deceased, along with a tenement with appurtenances, by William Rede and Thomas Dowe by their deed dated at Beccles, 20 June 1495.
