Indented grant by Nicholas Bradley of Beccles, Suffolk, to Isabella Byrde, widow, his mother (late wife of Edward Byrde and previously wife of John Bradley, his father), for the term of her life, of 2 parcels of meadow with appurtenances in Beccles, boundaries are listed. She granted the parcels to him by indenture dated at Beccles the 16 December 1557.
Witnesses: David Moore, John Stasye, Richard Belsonn, Edmond Wattsonn, William Bradker alias Filpott and others.
