Indenture between Edmund Wilson of London, doctor in physics, on the first part and Robert Bankworth of Walthamstow, Essex, John Bankworth of London, on the second part, stating that Edmund Wilson shall pay £35 a year as a fine and in consideration of the lease to him of a messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Bow Lane in the parish of St Mary le Bow in London, for the term of five years at the yearly rent of £5, and after the expiration of the said term, if he so long lives, for 21 more years, paying £5.
Witnesses: Thomas Thompson, Edward Forde and Ed Stretchley.
