Bond by Thomas Lock of Merton (Marton), Surrey, son and heir of Matthew Lock of the same, deceased, to Robert Bankworth of London for £1, 600 to secure an indenture tripartite between Thomas Muschamp of Newington, Surrey, and Thomas Lock and Jane his wife on the first part, Robert Bankworth of London on the second part, and Charles Hoskins, citizen and merchant-tailor of London, and Edward Allen, citizen and fishmonger of London, on the third part, stating the sale to Robert Bankworth of four messuages or tenements in the parish of St Mary le Bow, London.
Witnesses: Giles Martyn, William Payne, James Price, Robert Heigham, Richard Chandler, Anthony Aketill and Thomas Cowley.
