Witnesses: Sir Walter de Pavely; Sir John de Holte [Holt]; Richard Brok; Adam Hardyng; Roger Bubbe; William Percehay; John Torpyn [Turpyn]; Alexander de Fraccino [Fraxino]; Alan Bruton (Britthon'); and others. Seal missing.
