Witnesses: Adam, then the steward of Lacock; Jordan de Haydonewyke [Haydon Wick]; Richard Sweyn; Richard Rolond; Gilbert the clerk; Nicholas Makebutere; Henry the clerk; and many others. Non-armorial seal attached on parchment tag.
