Indented letters patent by which Faith [Selyman], abbess of Lacock and the convent grant for their lives to Andrew Baker (le Bakere), Matilda, his wife, and Robert and Wartinell (sic), their sons, a messuage with curtilage in the town of Lacock that Stephen de Malton once held there (details given) at an annual rent of 6s., in return for a payment of 20s. cash down.
Witnesses: Reginald Crok; Thomas White (le Wyte); Roger Draper (le Draper); Richer Roulond; Robert Tailor (le Taylur); and others.
Dated at Lacock (chapter house of the abbey). Non-armorial seal in natural wax attached by parchment tag.
