Letters patent of William Peris of Wraxall (Wroxhale), by which he grants to Reginald Crok one virgate of land and a large number of appurtenances in Wick (Lakockeswyk), which Reginald and his wife, Joan, held for life by the demise of William Peris, the grantor's father (details given), to hold for Reginald's life at an annual rent of 26s. 8d. After Reginald's death, everything is to revert to William.

Dated at Lacock. Small round armorial seal in red wax appended.
