Indented final concord between Peter de la Rigge and Gilbert and William Palmer (le Paumer) of Westlecot (Weckelescote), by which Peter demised at farm a half-virgate of land with appurtenances in Westlecot for seven years and for an annual rent of 12d. at Michaelmas to the chief lord and 12d. at Hock Day to Peter and royal service when it pertains. In return, Gilbert and William have paid 23s. in gersum cash down.
