Witnesses: Sir Walter de Pavely and Sir John de Holte [Holt], knights; John Kaynnel; Richard de Comerwelle; Richard Kaynnel; Alexander de Fraxino; Nicholas Spende; Robert White; John de Salice of Notton; and others. Non-armorial seal appended, bearing a lily device.
