Grant by John Sewal to Lady Juliana, abbess, and the convent of Lacock, for four marks paid cash down, of all messuages with appurtenances that he had in the town of Lacock by gift and grant of Henry de Pymperlye and Amice, his wife, rendering a penny annually at Michaelmas to John Russel and his heirs and assigns for all services, customs, exactions and demands.
