Indented final concord between Nicholas Le Tiapper and the prioress and convent of Lacock, witnessing the demise for five years by Nicholas of all of his land that he has in West Amesbury (Westambresbur') together with 2d. rent from Ralph Wigod, on condition that if Ralph Wigod dies within this term the land shall revert to Nicholas or his heirs, but saving the rent to the prioress and convent. For this grant the prioress and convent have paid 50s. cash down.
