Indented grant by Elizabeth I to William Cecil of Allt-Yr-Ynys (Allterenyse), Herefordshire, esquire, and John William Parry of Llanfihangel Crucornau (Saint Michael Kilcorney), Monmouthshire, yeoman, of all the lands and tenements in Monmouthshire and Breconshire previously of James John Richard, deceased, during the minority of John James, his son and heir. For this they have paid a fine of £33 6s 8d, and will pay £21 14s ½d per year.
