Description

Indented grant by Elizabeth I to William Cecil of Allt-Yr-Ynys (Alterenys), Herefordshire, esquire, and John William Parry of Llanfihangel Crucornau (Saint Michael Kilcorney), Monmouthshire, yeoman, of the custody, wardship and marriage of John James, son and heir of James John Richard, deceased. Extent and valuation, taken on 10 June 1597, of the estates in Monmouthshire, Breconshire and Herefordshire of James John Richard, died 18 December 1596.
