Deed of sale by John Newman of Colchester, clerk, executor of the will of John, son of John Spryngold of Colchester, to Thomas Fraunceys of Colchester, John de Beltisford, clerk, and Henry Bosse of Colchester, of all the land which was formerly of John Dedham next to 'Smalelane' in the liberty of the town of Colchester, [Essex]. Spryngold's will instructed that the land should be sold.
Dated at Colchester.
Witnesses: Alexander Cogger, one of the bailiffs of Colchester, Simon Fordham, John Crystian, William Crystemasse, Thomas Clerk, Alexander Pod, and others.
