Indenture confirming a grant by John Ermegard of Colchester to Thomas Fraunceys and Henry Bosse of Colchester of ten acres of land in Colchester, [Essex], lying in two plots (details given), upon condition that Fraunceys pay Ermegard 300s.
Dated at Colchester.
Witnesses: Robert atte Forde and Stephan Baron, bailiffs of Colchester, Adam Waryn, John Halle, George Fordham, Simon Fordham, William Reyne and others. The counterpart to this indenture is now at WARD 2/25A/84/11he charter mentioned in the text is now at WARD 2/25A/84/34
