Quitclaim by Margery, daughter of John Martyn of Colchester, to Richard le Barbour of Colchester of all her rights in two acres of arable land with appurtenances in the suburbs of Colchester, [Essex], lying in the field called 'Brokhole', formerly the property of her father, and which Barbour has of the grant of Christine de Pebenesch, sometime John's wife.
Witnesses: Warin son of William and Saer de Donilond, bailiffs of Colchester, Robert Olyver, Elias son of John, John de la Forde, Edward atte Pette, Henry Denny, and others. One seal, damaged.
