Description

Indenture guaranteeing that Roger Chamberlayn and Helen his wife shall pay £10 to Sybil Gerveys of Colchester and Thomas, her son, as payment for two shops with a solar above, situated in the market place of Colchester, [Essex], in the parish of St Nicholas (details given), granted to them by Sybil and Thomas.

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: Adam Waryn and Richard Deier, bailiffs of Colchester, Robert Fraunceis, William Fermerie, Richard Evesyng, Simon Loton, Robert Beche, clerk, and others.
