Description

Grant by William de Leycestre, burgess of Colchester, and Joan his wife, to John atte Hyde of Colchester, merchant, of two messuages in East Street in Colchester, [Essex], one previously in the tenure of Philip de la Rokele and the other of Roger Lomb of Colchester, butcher (details given).

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: Joseph Elyanor and John de Fordham, then bailiffs of Colchester, John de Ratlisden, John Waryn senior, Waryn atte Welle, William de Hadleye, Adam Waryn, Thomas de Dedham, Adam de Coln, Philip Rokele, John Springold, Richard le Clerk, and others. Two seals, one broken.
