Dated at Colchester.
Witnesses: Thomas de Dedham and William de Hadelegh, then bailiffs of Colchester, Joseph Elyanore, Warin atte Welle, Adam Waryn, William de Ratlisden, John atte Hyd, John de Aula, junior, Richard Clerk, and others.
