Description

Grant by Thomas Fraunceys of Colchester to John Bertelott, John Bloy, clerk, John Forde, Henry Bosse, William Notyngham and Robert Priour, merchant of Colchester, of all his lands, tenements, rents, etc in the town and liberty of Colchester, [Essex], excepting only his main tenement, the rents of a shop and cellar pertaining to it in the market place of Colchester, a garden with dovecot lying behind it, and a field called 'Schynchedoune' lying at the end of North Street.

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: Thomas Godeston, John Dyere, merchant, John Pod, William Mate, John Kymberlee, Robert Wyght, Augustine Bonefaunt, William Wykham, Robert Gurdon, and others.
