Description

Grant by Thomas Hyntellisham, son and heir of Robert Hyntellisham of Colchester, to Richard Markes of Colchester, William Forde and William Hynkeley of his tenement in St Helen's Lane alias 'Leyceterlane' in the parish of St Nicholas, Colchester, [Essex] (details given). The tenement had been granted to Robert Hyntellisham, John Youn and Simon Colyn, deceased, by Anne, daughter and heiress of Andrew Turnour of Clacton, Essex.

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: William Smyth and William Colchestre, bailiffs of Colchester, John Gamday, John Colyn, John Parker, William Sawcer, Thomas Baron, butcher, and others.
