Indenture between John Colonie, prior of the Crutched Friars in the suburbs of Colchester, [Essex], and William Culpack, stating that, after a dispute concerning the ownership of a ruined well in Maldon Lane in Colchester, the prior grants access to the well through a small door to William Culpack and Thomas Cristmas, for 50 years, for an annual payment to the prior and convent of 13s 4d for repairs. Two seals.
