Indented grant for eight years by William Trechon, prior of Holy Cross and Saint Helen [Crutched Friars] in the suburbs of Colchester, Essex, to William Branche of Norwich, Norfolk, yeoman, of all the privileges and pardons which the priory has within the diocese of Norwich, with the exception of the town of Hadleigh (Hadley), [Suffolk]. For this, Branche is to pay the prior an annual sum of £4 6s 8d, payable twice a year in the parish of St Matthew, Ipswich, [Suffolk]. For this, Branche and Stephen Elmy of Elmham, [Norfolk], have entered a bond for £10. On dorse: financial notes. One seal.
