Description

Grant by Ralph Waryn of Colchester, clerk, to Thomas Fraunceys, John Beltesforde, clerk, and John Budde of Colchester, of all that piece of meadow with appurtenances called 'Plantynggesmed' in the suburbs of Colchester, [Essex] (details given), formerly of Matthew le Verrer of Colchester and which Waryn had of the legacy of Christine, daughter of Ralph Knyght of Colchester.

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: Ralph Algar and Stephan Baron, bailiffs of Colchester, Simon Fordham, William Penne, Thomas Clerk, William Cristemasse, John Beche, clerk, and others.
