Indented lease by George Awdeley [Audley] and Thomas Awdley [Audley] of Stanway, Essex, to Thomas Thedome and Randall Thedome, his brother, of Stanway, Essex, of a tenement called 'Stonecrofte' with houses, edifices and buildings, yards, barns, gardens, orchards and other appurtenances, together with two other small adjacent crofts containing around eleven acres, and fields called 'Chestnutfield', 'Sixtene acres', 'Holdashe' and 'Priestes Croft', and the crop of a meadow lying at Kingsford Bridge, all part of the manor of Gosbecks in the parish of Stanway (Muche Stanway), Essex. They are to hold this for 12 years, at an annual rent of £18.
