Indented lease by Robert son of Robert son of Walter, knight, to Thomas Franceis, burgess of Colchester and his wife Sabine, for term of their lives, of a piece of arable land containing 10½ acres lying next to the stone wall of Colchester, [Essex], in the suburbs of that town, in a field called 'Edrichescrofte' (details given), at an annual rent of 15s 9d.
Dated at Colchester.
Witnesses: Warin son of William and Richard le Barber, bailiffs of Colchester, Elias son of John, Ralph Hode, John Jurdan, Matthew Wenloke, Adam de Castro, Richard de Colne, Matthew son of Robert, and others.
