Description

Grant by Stephen Baroun [Baron] of Colchester and his wife Eleanor to Thomas Fraunceys, Henry Bosse, John Bloy, clerk, and Thomas Clerk of Colchester of three acres of land in the parish of Mile End (Miland) in Colchester, [Essex] (details given).

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: William Mate and John Dyere, bailiffs of Colchester, John Seburgh, Simon Fordham, Hugh Bekenham, Roger Spicer, William Holbeche, and others. On dorse: Enrolled in the court of Colchester in the time of John Diere, merchant, and William Mate, bailiffs of Colchester, 21 Richard II. Michael Aunger was then clerk. One seal.
