Description

Grant by John de Horkesleygh [Horkesley], rector of All Saints, Colchester, to William de Leycestre [Leicester] of Colchester and Joan, widow of William Nichodemus of Colchester, of two messuages in East Street in the parish of All Saints, Colchester, [Essex], one formerly of Philip de la Rokele and the other of Roger Lamb, butcher (details given).

Dated at Colchester.

Witnesses: John Jordan and John Caperoun, then bailiffs of Colchester, Elias son of John, Waryn son of William, Ralph Ode, William le Clerk, Philip de la Rokele, Thomas le Mareschal, Henry Denny and others.
