Indenture confirming a grant by John Ermegard of Colchester to Thomas Fraunceys and Henry Bosse of Colchester of ten acres of land in Colchester, [Essex], lying in two plots (details given), upon condition that Fraunceys pay Ermegard 300s in equal instalments at the feasts of All Saints, Easter and St John the Baptist next.
Dated at Colchester.
Witnesses: Robert atte Forde and Stephan Baron, bailiffs of Colchester, Adam Waryn, John Halle, George Fordham, Simon Fordham, William Reyne and others. The counterpart to this indenture is now at WARD 2/25A/84/48, the charter mentioned in the text is now at WARD 2/25A/84/34
