Description

Indented grant for 13 years by William Lovet, son and heir of Richard Lovet of Yealmpton (Yealhampton), Devon, to Henry Sture, of the annual revenue of 15s issuing from his messuage, lands, tenements, meadows and pastures called Wheeldon in the parish of North Huish (Northewyssh), [Devon], held for life by Robert Polyblanke, his wife Elizabeth and their son William. Should the Polyblankes die or withdraw from their tenancy, Sture is then to have the reversion of the lands, paying an annual rent of 1d for the remainder of the first 13 years and 30s thereafter.
