Description

Indented lease by John Sture of Marridge, Devon, esquire, to Henry Bynmoore of Curtisknowle in the parish of Diptford, Devon, husbandman, his wife Amy and their son Philip, of all the lands and tenements which they occupy in the manor of Curtisknowle, formerly occupied by Joan Bynmoore, widow, John's late mother. They are to hold them for their natural lives, at an annual rent of 34s 3d, with remainder to John's heirs, to his brother Richard Sture and his heirs, and to Grace and Agnes, daughters of Philip Sture, esquire, deceased, and their heirs. One of three seals.
