Indented grant by John Falewill of Velwell (Falewill), [Devon], to John Boweden, clerk, parson of Dartington (Dertyngton), [Devon], and John Perkyn of Totnes (Totteneys), [Devon], of all the property held in Totnes (Magna Totteneys) by himself and his wife Agnes, on condition that they grant the property back to John and Agnes upon request.
Witnesses: Henry Hert, then mayor of Totnes, William Ryder, Walter Redeclyff, Thomas Vele, John Petard, then provost of the borough of Totnes, and many others. Missing seal.
