Description

Grant by Henry, earl of Huntingdon, to Philip Sture of Marridge, Devon, esquire, of the manor of Diptford, a capital messuage known as 'Courte Place', a tenement in Murtwell, the revenues and services from a tenement called Bradridge (Broderidge), all in Diptford, and a tenement called Farmstone (Farmyston) in Halwell (Halwill), with all appurtenances, all in Devon, excepting only the hundred of Stanborough and all rights pertaining to it. The earl also appoints Henry Luscombe, gentleman, and William Harrye of Diptford, husbandman, as his attorneys in this matter. On dorse:

Witnesses: Walter Gybons, master of Chancery, Nicholas Throgmorton, William Hyll and John Outelaw.
