Notes concerning the estate and inheritance of John Towson of Lupridge (Loprydge Towson), [Devon]. His property in places in Lupridge and Loddiswell (Lodeswyll), [Devon] is listed, along with the descendants of his three daughters: Joan, who married John Holdych of Cheristow, [Devon]; Rosa, who married William Lopthorne of Rattery (Rottree), [Devon]; and Christina, who married John Hert of Yarnicombe (Yermecomb) in Modbury, [Devon]. Their respective families are then described as far as the current claimants to Towson's estates, Ralph Loppethorne [Lopthorne] and Edward Hart. On dorse: Family tree showing descent over four generations from John Towson to the claimants to his estate.
