Indenture of sale for £100 between Henry Luscombe of Rattery (Rattrey), Devon, gentleman, and John Fortescue of Fallapit (Falepytt), Devon, esquire, of the patronage and advowson of the parish church of Diptford (Dipforde), Devon. Luscombe had previously purchased the patronage from Henry, earl of Huntingdon, on 10 May 1574.
