Description

Indenture between Anne Bynmor of Dipford, Devon and Philip Sture of Maridge, Devon, stating the quitclaim by Anne Bynmor to Philip Sture of half a house and cellar, a bark mill, a bake house, a house called 'the Shipine', an orchard, 2 gardens, a piece of land called 'The Iland' one garden and water joining to the same with fishing between the wier and lower end of the same garden and closes of land called 'The Wood Parke', 'Haye Parke' 'The Higher Hill Parke', 'The Lower Hill Parke' and 'The Parke Above the Waye', boundaries are listed, in the parish of Diptford, that Philip Sture granted for the term of their lives to Anne Bynmor and John Bynmor, his son, by indenture dated 1 December 1574. Missing seal.
