Quitclaim by Mary Parnell of Cliffe, in the parish of Diptford, Devon, widow, and Philip Parnell, her son, to Henry Sture, of Marridge, Devon, of a tenement called 'Cliffe' in the parish of Diptford, Devon, with appurtenances. They had the tenement from Philip Sture, deceased, by indenture dated 26 June 1570.
Witnesses: John Luscombe, Henry Luscombe, Nicholas Hamlin, William Newton, John Newton and Nathaniel Manericke. Marks of Mary and Philip Parnell and one damaged seal.
