Quitclaim by Peter Collyn to Henry Sture of a tenement with appurtenances in Courtysknoll, in consideration of a grant that shall be made by Henry Sture to Walter Gruytt and Joan, his wife and Peter Collyn's daughter. Henry Sture granted the tenement to Peter Collyn by indenture dated 16 December 1602.
