Indented grant by Philip Woode of East Raddon, Devon, to Richard Roger of Ludbrooke for the term of his life of 2 closes of land called 'The thre Cornard parke' and 'The close under the way', and a small meadow with appurtenances, in North Huish, in the parish of Ugborough, boundaries are listed. Richard Roger has already paid £12 and he shall pay 26 shillings and 8 pence per year. After Richard Roger's death the closes shall stay in possession of Robert Roger, his son and after his death in possession of Joan Roger, Richard Roger's daughter. One out of 3 seals.
